Kenya Gichatha-ini AA

Everything that we love from a Kenyan filter coffee summed up. This washed SL28 & SL34 variety blend has been processed in the Gichatha-ini Washing Station using fully washed, wet processing method. Cherries are sorted, floated, pulped, fermented for roughly 72 hours, and dried on raised beds for up to 21 days. The resulting cup is fruity and juicy, complex and high in sweetness, with tasting notes of blackcurrant jam, pink grapefruit, and cola bottles.
