Highland Co-Op is a Bourbon and Caturra variety blend from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, an area known for it's limestone soils, high mountain altitudes, cold nights and hot days which all together to allow for the production of high-quality coffee. This washed coffee has tasting notes of peach and nectar with a smooth, toffee like finish, resulting in a great cup on espresso.
