Ethiopia Worka Chelbesa

This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in Worka Chelbesa, Gedeo zone, Ethiopia, and processed at Negusse Debela's wet mill. Negusse operates two sites in Worka Chelbesa, focusing on Washed, Natural, and experimental lots. The area's dense semi-forest vegetation provides ideal conditions for shade-grown Wolisho and Dega varieties. Cherries are manually harvested, hand-sorted, wet fermented in ceramic tanks for 72 hours, washed, density sorted, soaked for two hours, dried for ten days, and hand-sorted again before export.
