Ethiopia Sidama G2

This Sidama G2 Washed lot reflects the classic profile of Ethiopia’s Sidama region, carefully produced by Daye Bensa in collaboration with local smallholder farmers. Sourced from farms located between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level, the high altitude, rich soil, and cool climate create optimal conditions for slow cherry maturation and refined flavour development. The resulting cup brings forward tasting notes of Meyer Lemon, Black Tea and Jasmine.
