This offering is comprised of coffee from 742 smallholder farms in the Rirpa area and processed at the Haji Betro wet mill. This coffee is sourced through a vertical integration between SNAP Specialty Coffee and Haji Betro. SNAP was founded by Negusse Debela. As a long-time associate of SNAP, Betro's wet mill was finished in 2019 and a partnership was established.
