Kebena Decaf hails from the Jimma region of Ethiopia, where this traditional processed coffee is pulped, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds. The coffee is then decaffeinated in Germany using the EA method, a natural process derived from sugarcane. In the cup, expect notes of grape, bramble, and caramelized almond, with a smooth, round mouthfeel.
