Café De La Casa is Paso Paso's beautiful house espresso blend. It is made up of 75% of the Costa Rica - Diego Robelo - Grand Peaberry Washed and 25% of a darker espresso roast of the Ethiopia - Syoum Family - Guji Natural. The Costa Rican peaberry is a beautiful base of almond sweetness with a hint of acidity. The natural Guji adds a deep chocolate sweetness to the coffee and turn the plays well together with the citric acidity of the peaberry to create a note of dried oranges.
