Las Lajas

The Chacón family, early pioneers of Costa Rican speciality coffee, innovated with Honey and Natural processes and embraced the “Micromill Revolution.” After an earthquake in 2008, they adapted by building raised beds, leading to unique flavours and high-quality offerings like their Diamond coffees. They continue to innovate with five variations of each process, always pushing the boundaries of coffee production.
