The combination of 60% of the Diego Robelo Peaberry and 40% Diego Baraona Bourbon Black Honey is focused on high sweetness and consistency with a low acidity. The dark roast allows for easy extraction and dial in. Tasting notes of Dark Chocolate and Caramel with a full, heavy body.
