Produced by Wilmer Cubillos at Finca El Rosal in the Acevedo region of Colombia, this unique lot is a washed Tabi variety espresso roast brought to us by Friedhats. It brings forward tasting notes of green tea, white chocolate and lemon peel.

Tabi is a hybrid variety created by CENICAFE, crossing Typica, Bourbon, and Timor. In breeding this, it was hoped to merge the rust resistance and cup quality of the parents, and as an added bonus it can be grown at high altitudes in high density
