Finca Santuario, founded by Camilo Merizalde around 1997, spans roughly 180 ha at 1,850–2,100 m. It focuses on high-altitude speciality coffee, growing Red Typica and Bourbon varietals using organic fertiliser, shade trees, and biodiversity initiatives. The fully washed process yields a clean, fruit-forward cup.

Lifelong friends Gavin Moore, Conor Murray, and Donal Mongey found common interest in coffee in secondary school, chatting about beans, brews, and the joy a great cup brings. In 2023, inspired by other drive-thrus, they launched Typo in Maynooth with the aim to deliver exceptional coffee fast, without compromising quality or sustainability.
