Sourced from small- to medium‑scale farms in the famed Mogiana region, harvested by producer members of the Cooxupé cooperative. Beans are dried on-site to ~15% moisture before being finished at Cooxupé’s traceable dry mill.

Lifelong friends Gavin Moore, Conor Murray, and Donal Mongey found common interest in coffee in secondary school, chatting about beans, brews, and the joy a great cup brings.
