Peru Cajamarca

  • Notes: Honeysuckle, Candied Orange, Mango
  • Details: Sourced from Finca Pedregal in San Ignacio, Cajamarca. This Geisha variety coffee is washed processed and grown at 1800 masl by Esperanza Armijos and Maximiliano Garcia.

Honduras El Cedral

  • Notes: Blood Orange, Makuna Honey, Tamarind
  • Details: From Finca La Sierra in El Cedral. This Parainema variteal undergoes anaerobic fermentation and is grown at 1700 masl by Alma Pineda.

Ethiopia Odo Shakisso

  • Notes: Nectarine, Muskmelon, Plum Sugar
  • Details: Grown at Hangadhi Farm in the Guji region. This washed coffee features a combination of both Kurume and Wolicho varieties and is grown at 2000 masl by Tesfaye Bekele.

Colombia Nariño

  • Notes: Meyer Lemon, Tayberry, Panella
  • Details: From La Esperanza in Yacuanquer, Colombia. This Caturra is washed processed coffee and grown at 2200 masl by Nelson Chavez.
