Meet the Roasters
Cat and Cloud: Founded by three friends in California, Cat and Cloud is built on the philosophy that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day better. Process Coffee: Based in Belfast, Process Coffee was founded by Ben Hamilton. This dynamic coffee and lifestyle supply company focuses on the journey and collaboration within the coffee industry. Process Coffee emphasizes people over products and passion over position, celebrating the hard work of coffee producers by delivering balanced, bright, and super tasty coffees.

1. Costa Rica Las Lajas - Cat and Cloud
- Notes: Chocolate, Strawberry, Pineapple
- Details: This coffee comes from Las Lajas Farm, located in Sabanilla de Alajuela. The farm, run by the Chacón family, is known for its innovation in natural and honey processing methods.

2. Ethiopia Worka Chelbesa - Process Coffee
- Notes: Raspberry, Honey, Caramel
- Details: Sourced from the Worka Chelbesa farm in the Gedeo zone, this coffee is processed at Negusse Debela's wet mill. The area's dense semi-forest vegetation provides ideal conditions for growing high-quality Wolisho and Dega varieties.

3. Guatemala Antigua - Cat and Cloud
- Notes: Pink Lady Apple, Vanilla Bean, Raisinets
- Details: Grown in the rich volcanic soil of Antigua, this coffee benefits from the unique minerality imparted by the nearby active Fuego Volcano. The Bourbon variety beans are washed processed, resulting in a vibrant and flavorful cup.

4. Ecuador Hacienda La Papaya - Cat and Cloud
- Notes: Strawberry, Kiwi, Taffy
- Details: Hacienda La Papaya, located in Saraguro, is a pioneering coffee farm established by Juan Peña. Known for its commitment to research and community upliftment, this farm produces some of the most exceptional coffee in Ecuador.

How to Order
Orders are now open, and you can purchase these exclusive coffees through the Beans.ie website. The purchase window closes at 18:00 IST on 25 June, or until stock lasts. Once the purchase window closes, the coffees will be freshly roasted to order and shipped within 5 working days.
