PLOT was founded back in 2019 with a simple mission:
To source and roast unique and interesting coffees, building an equitable supply chain based on long-term relationships.
Despite starting a business just before a global pandemic, PLOT somehow made it work, and today service some of the UK's most quality-focussed coffee shops and businesses.
Over the years they have grown from a one-person operation into a team of experienced coffee professionals, all guided by three basic principles:

Consistency
Continuous improvement
