March Roundup

March has been an incredible month for BEANS! From welcoming world-class roasters and launching nine exciting new coffees to hitting 4k followers on Instagram and hosting our first tasting event in Louth, there’s been plenty to celebrate!

Here’s a quick recap of what wen't down in March and a look at what’s coming next!

First Coffee Tasting in Louth

Our tasting at Evalynn Coffee was just unbelievable — I'm always blown away at the turnout and feedback at these events. Evalynn is a beautiful cafe, really gives me Scandinavian vibes. Niall is doing an unreal job, and his team there are top notch!

In April I'm planning on bringing our tasting events to Galway or maybe somewhere up north, it's still quite up in the air at the moment.

Welcoming new Roasters and Coffees

We introduced two new roasters — Black & White and Exemplar—and showcased nine new coffees from our roasting partners. Black and White are renowned as leaders within the speciality scene so being able to share their coffees with you was a great privilege! We'll have them on again soon.

4K Followers Giveaway

To celebrate hitting 4k followers, we’re giving away an electric grinder, a pour-over kit, and some limited-edition coffees. Details will be released on our Instagram soon. Keep your eyes peeled for that one!

Thermal Shock Coffees

We showcased our first two thermal shock coffees. Colombia Timaná is the highlight of the year for me so far, it's going to be hard to top this coffee! It has truly opened my mind to what coffee can taste like, and I was so delighted to be able to bring it to Ireland and share it with you guys!

Coming in April

We’ve just released two beautiful coffees from DAK and will introduce more incredible Irish roasters on BEANS Marketplace throughout the month. We’re also launching BEANS News, an AI-powered platform that curates and summarises the latest specialty coffee articles and trends. Stay tuned!
